These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 33pok platform. By registering an account or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every provision set out in this document. Please read carefully before proceeding.
18+ Age Requirement
33pok is strictly an adults-only platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register, deposit, or wager. Age is verified through the KYC process using your National ID card or passport.
One Account Per Player
Each individual may hold only one active 33pok account. Duplicate accounts are detected through KYC and payment matching. All bonuses associated with duplicate accounts will be void and forfeited.
BDT Transactions Only
All financial activity on 33pok is conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name — third-party payment accounts are not permitted.
Bonus Terms Apply

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using the 33pok platform (accessible at https://33pok.net and any associated subdomains, mobile sites, or applications), you ("the Player", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on the platform from time to time (collectively, the "Platform Rules").
These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and 33pok ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "the Operator"). If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the platform and request account closure by contacting [email protected].
We reserve the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will publish the updated Terms on the platform with a revised effective date. 1.1 Governing Language
The governing version of these Terms is the English-language version published at https://33pok.net/terms-conditions. In the event of any discrepancy between translations (if any are published for reference purposes) and this English version, the English version shall prevail.
1.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect as if the severed provision had never been included.
2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
To be eligible to register and use the 33pok platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You are accessing the platform as an individual, not on behalf of a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity.
- You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, and you accept sole responsibility for determining the legality of your participation.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 33pok or any of its affiliated game providers, payment processors, or technology partners.
- You have not previously been self-excluded from 33pok or had an account permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
- You are acting on your own behalf and are not registering or playing under the instruction, influence, or financial backing of any third party.
2.1 Age Verification
33pok enforces age verification through a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. All players are required to submit a valid government-issued photo identification document — such as a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or passport — before withdrawal requests are approved. The Operator reserves the right to request KYC documents at any stage and to suspend withdrawal functionality until verification is complete. Any account found to belong to an individual under the age of 18 will be closed immediately, all balances will be forfeited, and the matter will be escalated in accordance with our safeguarding obligations.
2.2 Player Responsibility
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your participation in online gambling is permitted under the laws of your local jurisdiction. 33pok operates internationally and does not represent that use of the platform is lawful in every jurisdiction. The Operator accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from a player's use of the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited.
3. Account Registration & Verification
To access the full functionality of the 33pok platform — including deposits, wagering, and withdrawals — you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. By submitting your registration details, you warrant that all information provided is accurate and that you will promptly update your account details if any information changes.
3.1 Account Information Requirements
During registration, you will be required to provide the following information:
- Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID)
- Date of birth
- Residential address (including city, district, and postcode)
- Valid email address
- Active mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh
- Preferred currency (Bangladeshi Taka — ৳)
- A secure, unique password for your account
Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms. The Operator reserves the right to close any account and forfeit associated balances where registration details are found to be inaccurate.
3.2 One Account Policy
Each player may hold only one registered account on the 33pok platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified through KYC matching, payment fingerprinting, or device analysis, the Operator will close all duplicate accounts, void any bonuses claimed across those accounts, and may permanently ban the associated identity from the platform.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 33pok will never ask for your password via email, phone, or chat. Any activity conducted through your account — including wagers placed, deposits made, and bonuses claimed — is deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the support team at [email protected] immediately and change your password without delay.
3.4 KYC Documentation
The Operator reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage. Accepted documents include a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or other government-issued photo ID. Proof of address (a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months) and proof of payment method ownership may also be requested. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by the Operator may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on the 33pok platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The platform supports a range of local and international payment methods designed to provide fast, convenient, and secure funding options for players based in Bangladesh.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
33pok currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels:

4.2 Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by the Operator, though your chosen payment provider may apply its own transaction limits. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being reversed and the account being reviewed for compliance.
Deposits are generally credited to your 33pok wallet within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. In the event of a delayed deposit, please contact [email protected] with your transaction reference number and the relevant payment provider details.
4.3 Withdrawal Rules
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal processing times are typically one to three Bangladesh business days, subject to the payment provider's own clearing schedule.
The Operator reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before approving withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or accounts that have not previously completed full KYC. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party payment accounts under any circumstances.
4.4 Currency & Fees
33pok does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your bank or mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside the Operator's control. All wagering activity on the platform is conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion is applied at any stage of the transaction process.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
33pok offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus provisions set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.
5.1 Wagering Requirements
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before the bonus amount and any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each offer is stated in the promotion's dedicated terms and conditions page. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for the offer. Any unconverted bonus balance remaining at the expiry of the validity period will be removed from your account without notice.
5.2 Eligible Games
Not all games on the 33pok platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution rate for each game category is stated in the individual promotion's terms. As a general guide: live casino table games typically contribute at a lower rate than slots, and certain games may be excluded from bonus wagering entirely. Playing excluded games with an active bonus may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
The Operator employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple welcome bonuses through duplicate accounts, exploiting promotional terms through low-risk hedging strategies, and systematic bonus stripping (withdrawing immediately upon meeting minimum wagering requirements using strategies designed to minimise risk). Where bonus abuse is detected, the Operator reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and permanently close the account.
5.4 One Welcome Bonus Per Player
Each player is entitled to claim the 33pok welcome bonus offer once only. Entitlement is determined by individual identity, not by account name alone — attempting to claim the welcome bonus via a second account created under a different name or email address constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure.
6. Game Rules & Fair Play
33pok offers a curated library of casino games and sports betting markets sourced from internationally recognised providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game and betting market is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface or betting market view. 6.1 Random Number Generation
All slot and virtual table game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. RNG systems used on the 33pok platform are independently tested and certified to ensure statistical randomness and freedom from manipulation. 6.2 Live Casino Games

In the event of a technical failure during a live game session — including but not limited to stream interruption, dealer error, or software malfunction — the outcome of that round will be determined in accordance with the provider's documented malfunction policy. 6.3 Sports Betting Markets
Sports betting markets — including BPL cricket, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, football, kabaddi, and other disciplines — are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., Bangladesh Cricket Board, BCCI, ICC, FIFA). In the event of event cancellation, postponement, or abandonment, markets will be settled in accordance with the Operator's standard settlement rules, which are published in the betting rules section of the platform.
6.4 Malfunctions
In the event of a software or hardware malfunction that affects the integrity of a game outcome, the Operator reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's wallet. Malfunction voids all pays and all plays — a principle applied consistently across all game types on the platform. Players who become aware of a potential malfunction during a session must cease play and report the issue to support immediately.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the 33pok platform:
- Fraud and Deception: Providing false identity documents, impersonating another individual, registering multiple accounts, or using stolen payment credentials.
- Money Laundering: Using the platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. 33pok maintains Anti-Money Laundering (AML) monitoring and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live poker, live game-show formats, or sports arbitrage betting.
- Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated software to place bets, navigate the platform, or gain any advantage not available to ordinary players.
- Exploitation of Software Errors: Knowingly exploiting a bug, glitch, or pricing error on the platform to generate profit. Any winnings resulting from exploitation of a known error will be voided.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a fraudulent chargeback with your bank or payment provider while retaining winnings derived from the disputed deposit. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and recovery action.
- Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communication with 33pok staff or other platform users through any channel.
- Unauthorised Commercial Activity: Using the platform to promote, advertise, or solicit any commercial service without the prior written consent of the Operator.
The Operator's determination of whether prohibited conduct has occurred is final, subject to the platform's internal dispute resolution process set out in Section 8 of these Terms.
8. Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Operator-Initiated Suspension
33pok reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:
- The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
- The player's identity cannot be verified to the Operator's satisfaction through the KYC process.
- Suspicious financial activity has been detected on the account.
- The Operator has reason to believe the account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal purpose.
- The player has been found to be under 18 years of age.
- A regulatory or legal obligation requires the Operator to restrict or close the account.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified by email. Where an account is permanently closed for breach of these Terms, any remaining balance that is not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
8.2 Player-Initiated Closure
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within five Bangladesh business days. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed prior to final closure. Players who have self-excluded from the platform must not attempt to circumvent the self-exclusion by opening a new account — any account opened in contravention of an active self-exclusion will be closed immediately.
8.3 Dormant Accounts
An account is classified as dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. The Operator will attempt to notify the account holder by email before any dormancy policy is applied. Dormant account balances may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee after the applicable dormancy period, as permitted under applicable law. Players with dormant accounts should contact [email protected] to reactivate their account and discuss their balance status.
8.4 Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute regarding a wager settlement, account action, or bonus decision, players should first contact the 33pok support team at [email protected] with full details of the dispute. The Operator will acknowledge receipt of the dispute within 48 hours and aim to provide a full written response within 10 Bangladesh business days. The Operator's decision on disputes is final and binding, subject only to any applicable statutory rights the player may hold under the laws of their jurisdiction.
